Marvin is a wimpy man who dreams of being a tough cop. When a horrible accident puts him in the hospital, a crazy scientist uses animal replacement organs to save his life. Given new powers by animal parts, Marvin leaves his weaknesses behind, becomes a police officer and wins instant fame as a supercop.
