Croc: Legend Of The Gobbos is a classic tale of good versus evil, given an appealingly cartoon-like dusting down. The pre-amble goes something like this: The Gobbos were a peaceful race, living the quiet life, who spent their time inventing such everyday essentials as edible deodorant and wind powered cow moistener. King Rufus happened upon the young Croc as he floated upstream in a basket, seemingly abandoned. Like all good, kind souls, The Gobbos took him in, and raised him as their own. Croc actually thought he was a Gobbo himself, which is why he had no hesitation in helping their cause when trouble came to the valley.
